She/Her
Dr. Krueger is a chiropractic physician with a passion for helping athletes recover from injuries and perform at their peak. She holds a Doctorate in Chiropractic, a Master's in Sports Medicine, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Exercise & Sports Science and Human Biology.
As a former competitive cheerleader in both high school and college, Dr. Sabrina understands the physical demands athletes place on their bodies. Her firsthand experience fuels a movement-based approach to care that focuses on restoring function and getting patients back to what they love—quickly and safely.
Dr. Sabrina integrates a variety of techniques into her treatments, including soft tissue manipulation, cupping, trigger point release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Whether she's addressing an acute injury or helping an athlete fine-tune their performance, her goal is to create personalized, effective care plans that support long-term health and success.
When she's not in the clinic, you'll likely find Dr. Sabrina hanging out with her corgi, playing pickleball, lifting heavy things, or exploring Portland's vibrant food scene.

Philosophy
My Treatment Philosophy
I believe in a movement-based approach to chiropractic care. My goal isn't just to relieve your pain—it's to restore function and get you back to doing what you love as quickly and safely as possible.
Every patient is different, so I create personalized treatment plans that combine hands-on techniques with rehabilitation strategies tailored to your specific needs and goals. You'll leave each appointment not just feeling better, but with exercises and strategies you can use at home to continue your progress.
Whether your goal is returning to your sport, being able to play with your kids without pain, sitting at your desk comfortably, or simply moving through life with less discomfort—I'm here to help you achieve it.

Life Outside the Clinic
When I'm not treating patients at Inner Gate Health & Wellness, you'll find me living the Portland lifestyle I love. I enjoy hanging out with my corgi, playing pickleball, lifting weights, reading, and exploring Portland's incredible food scene.
Being active myself keeps me connected to the challenges my patients face—whether that's recovering from injury, managing pain, or simply trying to stay healthy and active. It reminds me why this work matters so much.
